Modern Kitchen Remodel
For this project, we worked closely with the home owner to decide to take out a wall to open up the space. All new cabinets and tile back splash, added a beam and new island lights. A favorite was the open shelving on the right
Dark and Moody Office
For this project, we wanted a dark look and since the room had a wall of windows, we could do the dark color. All the cabinets and built in shelves were custom made and trim added to the walls with a fresh light fixture.

The Bungalow
For this project, it needed a freshening up. The inside looked so great and it needed a fresh outside. All new siding and gutters and facia were added. We also added a new front door and freshened up the stairs, along with a wood plaque and some new numbers for the address.
Fireplace Dreams
For this project, the home owners dreamed of using their space for a fireplace, but didn't have a huge area. It was fun to find a way to add the fireplace with a modern touch and mantle and add shelves and cabinets on both sides to add some extra flair to the room. Plus, Cody (the home owner) is an electrician and added the lighting for an extra warm touch

Bye 90's Carpet!
For this project, it was time to kiss the carpet good bye. The new floor was laid and refinished. The home owners gave a fresh look with a white fireplace and new light fixture as well and we love it!

For this project, it was time to update the room and we wanted something where both parents would enjoy being in the room and it wouldn't have an overly baby feel. The wall was painted black and the crib was made custom by MTZ Custom and decorated by MTZ Custom as well.
